Rural development minister and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Giriraj Singh while speaking to ANI on April 27 slammed Rahul Gandhi for his ‘Modi ki Bharatiya Chembu Party’ remark and said that it is Congress’ misfortune that a leader like Rahul Gandhi is in the party.  “It is Congress's misfortune that a leader like Rahul Gandhi is in the Congress party. If he himself does not understand what he is saying, how will the people understand it... Congress party is in a way a leaderless party,” said Giriraj Singh.
