Is there no deadline of COVID vaccination completion in India?

Rahul Gandhi has asked the Narendra Modi government about the deadline of the COVID vaccination completion in India. To this, the Health Ministry replied that there was no deadline as the Coronavirus was changing itself and leading to newer variants. Earlier, the Narendra Modi government had claimed that vaccination would complete by December 2021
