The army engaged in saving 39 laborers in the Tapovan tunnel of NTPC has made a big change in its operation. As per the changed strategy, the Army is drilling inside the tunnel at 72 meters, they are drilling 16 meters downwards which will lead to another tunnel. Watch this exclusive report.
