The first phase of the Malabar Naval Exercise of India, US, Japan and Australia has started from Tuesday amidst the ongoing deadlock in eastern Ladakh. It started in Visakhapatnam in the Bay of Bengal. This exercise demonstrates the strategic relationship between these four countries.
