Independence Day 2020: Home Ministry announces list of gallantry medal awardees

The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced the list of gallantry medla awardees ahead of Independence Day. Jammu-Kashmir Police has ranked first with 81 medals. Uttar Pradesh ranks third in this list.

These awards will be distributed on 15 August. Police personnel who have done excellent work in police service will be honored on the occasion of Independence Day. The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced their names today.
