How UP & Rajasthan govts have put students' lives in danger

Uttar Pradesh's government sent around 300 buses to Rajasthan's Kota for bringing stranded students to their native places in UP.  Lockdown guidelines including social distancing were violated during the process. Does UP and Rajsthan governments have put students' lives in danger?
