Home Secretary: Migrants to stay in 14 day quarantine in their home district

Union Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla has issued an advisory to the states that those migrant labourers who have arrived from out of the state to their home district will have to be kept in a 14 day quarantine in a government shelter. This advisory is seen as Centre's bid to ensure that community spread does not take place due to mass migration of daily wage labourers.
