High turnout in bypolls was due to resentment against Shivraj govt: Jitu Patwari

Madhya Pradesh Congress Working President Jitu Patwari claimed that the high turnout in the by-elections was because of the resentment against the Shivraj Singh government. Voters came out and voted due to the hard work of Congress workers.
