Hemant Soren Exclusive: I wished to talk to PM Modi during VC

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren was talking to ABP News when he said that he would decide with time if lockdown would continue or end. While talking about the video chat with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he revealed how he could not talk to PM even once during the whole chat. He said, "I wished to talk to him and ask for a few things which cannot be done by us without the help of Centre."
