Helplessness forced us to initiate shutdown in DU: DUTA President Rajib Ray

The Delhi University Teachers' Association (DUTA) has called for the Delhi University shut down as the teaching and non-teaching facilities have not received salaries for more than four months. The President of DUTA, Rajib Ray, said that it was out of helplessness that a shutdown was initiated.
