Heavy water-logging in Delhi post few hours of rain

Delhi-NCR received heavy rainfall on Tuesday morning leading to huge respite to the residents. But now, the capital is seeing heavy waterlogging in various parts so now the locals are facing trouble while trying to head to work. 

For a week, Delhi and NCR locals were bearing the brunt of scorching heat-wave.
