Heart wrenching visuals of a dog saving pup from rainwater

Here is a video going viral on social media where a dog is carrying a pup in the mouth and carrying it to a safe location, away from flooded rainwater. The Chief Minister has also apprised the Central government of the grim flood situation in the state.
