Hearing resumes in Rajasthan HC over Pilot camp's petition
Rajasthan High Court has resumed hearing of the petition against the disqualification notice by the Congress party to 19 rebel MLAs including Sachin Pilot.
The ruling Congress party had sent out the notices as the Pilot camp did not attend the all MLA meet despite issuance of whip. To this, Pilot camp said that whip can be issued during a Vidhan Sabha session and not otherwise.
If the judgment does not go in Sachin's favour then it will be more troublesome for 19 MLAs.
