Today's increase in the price of petrol and diesel was 80 paise per litre, bringing the total increase in rates for the previous nine days to 5.60 paise per litre. Petrol will now cost 101.01 per litre in Delhi, up from 100.21 before, while diesel will cost 92.27 per litre, up from 91.47 previously, according to a price notification issued by state petroleum merchants.
