Haryana: Police use water cannon to stop Youth Congress workers

Hundreds of Youth Congress activists, led by party's Punjab unit President Sunil Jakhar, were stopped from heading towards Delhi at the Haryana border near Ambala on Sunday with the police using water cannons to disperse them.
They were protesting against the passage of the three agricultural Bills.
