Haryana locals pull themselves out of the 'pit' of admin's faulty decision

In order to stop the farmers, the Haryana administration had dug up a road in one of the villages. The efforts fell flat as the farmers managed to cross the dug up road on foot and reached Delhi.
The locals suffered due to the uneven road and a huge pit. Later the locals made efforts to cover the pit up for their own good.
