Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij administered trial dose of Covaxin

Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij who is also the Home Minister got himself vaccinated as a volunteer in the Covaxin test. The phase 3 trial of the vaccine candidate developed by Bharat Biotech and the Indian Council of Medical Research Council (ICMR) has started from today in the state.
Earlier the minister had said that he would first get himself vaccinated under the supervision of doctors as a volunteer.
