Haryana Assembly Elections: PM Modi to Address Rally in Haryana Ahead of 2024 Elections

As the Haryana Assembly elections draw near, the political temperature is rising. Voting for all 90 seats will take place on October 5. In the lead-up to the elections, all parties are ramping up their efforts. In this context, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to hold an election rally today in Haryana. This information was shared by BJP state president Mohan Lal Baduoli, who announced that PM Modi’s rally will take place in Gohana on Wednesday, September 25, with participation from workers and candidates across 22 constituencies. The 22 constituencies included in PM Modi's rally comprise 9 from Rohtak, 9 from Sonipat, and 4 from Panipat, where party workers and candidates will gather for the electoral event. Ahead of the Haryana elections, PM Modi himself took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce that he will address the rally at 12 PM on Wednesday. In his post, PM Modi wrote, “Haryana has firmly decided to give the BJP a strong mandate in the assembly elections. Amid the excitement and enthusiasm of this festival of democracy, I will have the privilege of receiving the blessings of the public at the rally in Sonipat at 12 PM tomorrow.” This rally follows PM Modi's recent three-day visit to the United States. The results of the Haryana elections will be announced on October 8. During his recent trip to the U.S., PM Modi met with President Joe Biden and several world leaders while attending the Quad Summit. Upon his return, he shared on X, “It was a good U.S. trip, featuring many events focused on making our planet better.” While in the U.S., PM Modi also engaged with the Indian community, attracting a large crowd in New York, and shared pictures from his interactions with various leaders. Now, he is set to rally in Haryana to connect with the voters ahead of the elections.
