After three days of inspection in the presence of court-appointed Advocate Commissioners, lawyers from both sides, all parties involved, and officials, the survey of the premises was completed about noon. A Varanasi court ordered the video assessment of the facility, which had been halted last week due to claims of bias against the person in charge, to resume on Thursday, even if it meant "locks being opened/ smashed."
