Ground Report from Noida post sealing of hotspots

In order to break the chain of the deadly Coronavirus, the Uttar Pradesh government announced sealing of COVID-19 hotspots in many cities. Noida's hotspots were contained via sealing too. Here is a ground report from Noida, explaining if the sealing is religiously followed by the residents or not. As per ABP News correspondent, 5 percent people are not following the rules of sealing and lockdown.
