Goa CM Lauds Union Budget: “Pro-Budget For 'Gareeb' And Industrial Sector” | ABP News

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant praised the Union Budget 2024, calling it a pro-budget for both the 'gareeb' and the industrial sector. He emphasized that the budget aligns with Prime Minister Modi's 25-year vision of a 'Viksit Bharat' (Developed India). 

“This budget is designed to benefit everyone, from rural areas and the underprivileged to the industrial sector. It will help achieve the 25-year vision for a developed India,” said Pramod Sawant. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented her seventh consecutive budget on July 23, 2024. The budget focuses on nine themes: agriculture, employment, inclusive development, manufacturing and services, urban development, energy, infrastructure, innovation and R&D, and next-generation reforms.
