India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Thursday that the monsoon is expected to arrive in the national capital in the next two to three days, bringing relief from the summer heat.
The IMD said in a statement that conditions are likely to become favorable for the advance of the southwest monsoon in Delhi during the next two to three days.
On Thursday, parts of the city received spells of heavy rainfall, bringing relief from the scorching heat.
