Former PM Manmohan Singh to skip stone laying ceremony of new Parliament building

The Former Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh will not attend the stone laying ceremony of the New Parliament Building today. The Former Prime Minister will skip this ceremony owing to his poor health. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the Foundation Stone of the New Parliament Building today at 1 pm.
