'Flying has reduced by 28%,' says aviation expert RK Bali

Aviation expert RK Bali told ABP News that there are approximately 450 private aircrafts in India out of which about 40-50% take flight on a regulat basis. Bali added that due to the Coronavirus outbreak, only half of the scheduled number of flights are operational now. He said that the overall flying has reduced approximately by 28%.
