Flood-stricken Bihar residents upset with negligent govt | ABP Special

Bihar has been suffering due to consistent rains and flood. The rivers are swollen, streets are submerged and so are the houses. 

Baghmati river is swollen, Darbhanga's State Highway 56 is flooded and people are bound to stay along National Highway as no help or temporary housing facility is provided by the government.
