The maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to reach 34°C, while the minimum will be around 26°C. Mumbai faces a red alert for rain with temperatures between 24°C and 28°C. Ongoing heavy rains have led the police to advise avoiding coastal areas and the BMC to recommend minimizing travel. This alert also applies to Thane, Palghar, Raigad, Ratnagiri, and Sindhudurg districts in Maharashtra. The monsoon’s resurgence poses risks for Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat, with orange and red alerts issued. Heavy rain is also forecasted for several districts in Madhya Pradesh. In Uttar Pradesh, heavy rain is expected in cities including Varanasi and Lucknow until July 27, with cooler temperatures and strong winds.
