Farming is done with water, only Congress can do farming with blood, says Narendra Singh Tomar

Today, in Rajya Sabha Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar slammed the Congress government and said that it is only Congress party who does farming with blood. During his speech, he has explained the benefits which the farmers will receive from the Farm laws.
