Farmers will once again try to enter the national capital after being stopped at the borders on Tuesday after a day of chaos and clash with the police on the first day of their protest. The first day of the protest was marked with violence, vandalism and tear gas lobbing along with massive traffic snarls due to the stringent restrictions in the capital. On Tuesday, farmers from Punjab encountered tear gas and drone-dropped shells as clashes unfolded at two border points, where protesters attempted to breach barricades set up by Haryana Police to prevent them from advancing towards the national capital.
