Ex-Union Minister Pandit Sukh Ram passes away at 94

Pandit Sukh Ram, a veteran Congress leader and former union minister, has died, according to his grandson. His age was 94. On May 7, Sukh Ram was hospitalised to AIIMS in New Delhi. On May 4, Sukh Ram suffered a stroke in Manali. He was then sent to a regional hospital in Mandi, from whence he was evacuated to Delhi on Saturday for more advanced treatment at AIIMS.
