Election 2022 : Voting in Fourth Phase of Uttar Pradesh polls BEGINS

The fourth phase of voting in Uttar Pradesh has started. The destiny of 624 candidates in 59 Assembly segments in the districts of Pilibhit, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Hardoi, Unnao, Lucknow, Rae Bareli, Banda, and Fatehpur will be decided in the fourth phase of voting. In the 2017 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, BJP won 51 of the 59 seats, while the Samajwadi Party won four and the Bahujan Samaj Party won three. As many as 800 companies of paramilitary forces and over 60,000 policemen will provide security across 59 assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh.
