Dr Gangwar gives tips to cope with winter chill

Dr Satyapal Gangwar of RML Hospital is giving out tips to cope up with the chilly waves of the coldest december in 120 years. Delhi's tempreture dropped to 1.4 degree celcius and marked the coldest day of the season on Saturday. The northern areas are witnessing heavy snowfall and the other states are witnessing severe cold waves.
