Double whammy of high inflation and no jobs on common man

On one hand their such a high unemployment in the country. There is a lack of jobs and on top of that, a report released by State Bank of India reads that 16 lakh fewer jobs will be available this year. On top of that, the retail inflation in the month of December 2019 touched the highest mark in five and a half years. Does the govt have a plan to revive Indian economy?
