Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha extended his greetings to the public, noting, “Deepawali, the festival of lights, brings joy and festivity across all faiths and cultures. The diyas of Deepawali represent the end of ignorance, the victory of good over evil, and hope over despair. They remind us to overcome darkness in every area of life. May this Deepawali bring prosperity, happiness, and guide us all towards progress and well-being."
