Did delay by Delhi Police held infamous Shahrukh escape? | Master Stroke

Shahrukh, the man who opened eight rounds of fire at the Delhi police during the anti-Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) protests last week, is said to be on the run. Senior official of Delhi police informed ABP News that Special cell and Crime Branch are conducting raids in order to search for infamous rioter.

Sources say that he is at large and hence he has not been arrested as yet. Is the delay by Delhi Police the main reason behind his escape?
