Despite border tensions, Russia, India & China to hold RIC meet

Despite tensions between the Indian and Chinese Army deployed in eastern Ladakh across the Line of Actual Control, a key trilateral meet between Russia, India and China – also known a RIC meet. The meeting is scheduled to take place on 23 June. Indian delegation at the meet will be led by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. MEA has expressed hope that China will stop its activities at the LAC and maintained that both the countries are in touch through diplomatic channels.
