Demand to open up salons, resume metro services raised by few states

The Cabinet Secretary, Rajiv Gauba, called for a meeting today with all the state chief secretaries and the principal secretaries of health as the lockdown 4.0 is near its end. During this meeting, a demand to open up salons and metro trains was raised by few states.

The meeting was attended by municipal commissioners and district magistrates of 13 Coronavirus hit cities of the country. These cities include Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai
