Delhi: Woman creates ruckus after being told to wear mask

A woman created ruckus in Delhi's Connaught Place area after she was told by the cops to wear face mask. The woman had a face mask but instead of wearing it on her face, she was holding it in her hand. During the heated exchange between her and the cops, she keeps screaming while the cop keeps on asking her to remain calm. In Delhi, you can be fined Rs 500 if you step out in public without a mask.
