Delhi violence: FIR against AAP's Tahir Hussain for murder, arson

Hours after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that no rioter, irrespective of their party, involved in the violence should be spared, an FIR was logged against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) councillor Tahir Hussain on Thursday evening.

Tahir has been slapped with with Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code hours after a complaint was filed against him at Dayalpur Police Station. The AAP councillor has been accused in the murder case of Intelligence Bureau (IB) staffer Ankit Sharma.
