Delhi residents struggling to get treatment narrate the ordeal

A man lost his brother while running from one hospital to another. Each one of them refused to provide the bed since the patient was not tested for COVID. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had earlier refused that only Delhi residents will be treated in Delhi government hospitals.
