Delhi Pollution matter adjourned for Nov 17; SC asks to impose work from home in meantime

Supreme Court has adjourned the Delhi pollution matter for November 17. The apex court asked the Centre and states of the NCR region to impose work from home until final decision is made. The SC has also asked the Chief Secretaries of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana to be present for Tuesday's emergency meeting by the Centre.
