Delhi Polls: Congress party releases its manifesto

After AAP's guarantee card and BJP's Sankalp Patra, the Congress party has released its manifesto. In its manifesto, the Congress party has promised free electricity up to 300 units. Even the party has announced free education to students till Ph.D. As per the manifesto, 25% of the budget will be spent on transport and pollution.

Delhi will cast its vote on February 8 and results will be declared on February 11.
