Special Cell of Delhi Police arrested an ISIS operative late night after an encounter near Dhaula Kuan.
Special Cell has arrested Yusuf alias Abu Yusuf. He is 36 years old. Two pressure cooker IDs were recovered from him which was disabled by Bomb Scod of NSG. He was going to place it in a crowded area.
