Delhi: People fall into waterlogged road as bullock cart loses balance | 7 Ka Panch

On Tughlakabad underpass, the rain created such conditions that people had to resort to bullock cart to cross that underpass. However, the solution didn't work as the bullock-cart lost its balance and people fell into water-logged road.
