Delhi govt is hiding the Covid-19 death toll: Municipal Council

The Municipal Council of Delhi has accused the Delhi government of hiding the actual death toll due to the deadly coronavirus. MCD claims that more than 2000 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19, while the government of Delhi claims that 984 people have died due to coronavirus. 

According to the latest data of the Ministry of Health, 2 lakh 86 thousand 579 people in the country have been infected with covid. Of this, 8102 have died, while one lakh 41 thousand people have also been cured.
