Delhi: Goons try to kidnap kid in broad daylight, intercepted by locals

The entire incident of Delhi's Shakarpur was caught on CCTV when two bike-borne goons tried to kidnap a kid from the road outside the house. They was intercepted by locals who tried to stop them but goons pointed a pistol at them and escaped from the crime location. They were wearing masks and helmets hence could not be identified.
