Delhi fire: Rajya Sabha members pay tribute to 43 victims

On Sunday, 43 people lost their lives in horrific fire that was ablaze in Delhi's Anaj Mandi area. One of the Filmistan buildings was on fire when many labourers, who were sleeping on top floor of the factory, died. Today, Rajya Sabha paid tribute to these 43 victims by observing two-minute silence
