Delhi fire: Police identify other owners of factory after detaining Rehan

The Delhi Police have detained Rehan, the owner of Anaj Mandi factory building where a massive fire broke out, leaving 43 killed and dozens seriously injured. Besides Rehan, the cops have also identified the other owners of the factory, named Shan and Imran. The police have launched a search operation to catch the other owners as well, who have purportedly gone missing after the fire broke out.
Meanwhile, the police have registered a case against Rehan under Section 304 (punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the Indian Penal Code.
The people who died in the fire are labourers and they were sleeping in the factory when the fire broke out between 4.30 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Sunday morning.
