The battery-making factory of Delhi's Peeragarhi collapsed to ruins within seconds as a massive blaze engulfed the building. ABP News has received an exclusive video of the incident, which shows a massie fire still blazing inside the building. Rescue operation is underway and at least 50 firemen are working to douse the fire.
