The Enforcement Directorate (ED) told the Rouse Avenue Court on Monday that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal informed them that Vijay Nair, a suspect in the excise policy scam, reported to Minister Atishi. Kejriwal also mentioned Saurabh Bhardwaj during the interrogation related to the case; Nair had previously led AAP's media communication cell.
