Delhi Elections: It is BJP Vs AAP over giving subsidy to residents

It is Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Vs BJP leader Manoj Tiwari ahead of Delhi elections. Manoj Tiwari has claimed that BJP would give five times the subsidy of whatever Arvind Kejriwal had given during his rule in Delhi. To this Arvind Kejriwal asked if BJP would give free electricity worth 1000 units and more than 1 lakh litres of water etc.
